There are three sets of sequences of instructions for using your wobble
board, each lasting approximately 10 minutes.
Begin
with track 1, for variations and increased level of skill, go onto track 2
and then track 3 when you are ready.
Try to
stay on the board for the duration of the track. Throwing the bean bag
creates body and head movement causing a change of balance and an
adjustment of the vestibular system. Watching the bean bag with your head
held still, trains your eye movements.
Following
one sequence of instructions, for 10 minutes, on the wobble board every
day for 8 weeks could make significant improvements in your balance,
co-ordination and eye movements. |
